Allow Customer to Define a custom domain alias to use for SMTP Server Domain That's Used With Unity Speechview

I’m requesting an Enhancement to Unity. We previously had a TAC case open regarding this – 695838508. Since we use Speechview for message translation and that requires the SMTP domain to prepend 'cuc' in front of our domain so the messages that come back from the 3rd party translation source are properly deposited back into the intended user’s email. The problem we face is that this prevents a user from replying directly to another internal user’s voicemail via email. Exchange doesn’t know what to do with that alias so it typically times out after several hours, leaving the user unaware that the reply was never received. We'd like to see if Cisco can make it so the customer has the ability to define the domain used for Speechview vs. having to use Since we are on Exchange Online, we can't apply the workarounds they suggested to us.
