Launch meetings apps directly from Board codecs.

Add the ability to launch apps from the Board series codecs while in a call. Today, a separate participant has to launch a meeting app from a laptop device, and then share it with all participants in order for the Board to use the app. Launch Slido, Miro, etc directly from the Board codec without the need for a separate device.
