Disable DND sync at MPP level

Currently the DND is automatically turned on the Cisco MPP when a user is presenting on a Webex meeting. This option is not possible to be disabled unless the DND synchronization is disabled at organization level that affect all users.


The request is for users to be able to disable DND sync between their MPP and Webex App so that DND status on the MPP is not dependent on Webex meeting status.

    Thank you Hector! We feel the setting should align with the user setting in the Webex app under Settings->Notifications->Calls->Only mute notifications when I'm in a meeting or on a call. Either make it so selecting 'automatically decline incoming calls' is what triggers the DND behavior, or add another option 'screen sharing enables DND'.
