Need a Calling Administrator Role.

We'd like to be able to assign administrator rights for calling without having to make the person a full admin of the org.

Custom admin roles, including the ability to create roles specific to a workload (like calling) are planned for CY2024. You can use location administrators, which, today, give restricted access to calling (based on location). But this is more for location administration, and not calling in general.
