Position active speaker near camera

There is a current feature that allows us to pin a user in a given location on the Stack view. But that does not dynamically update if the active speaker changes. There is a second feature to "Show active speaker with content", but the current user is on the right side of the content.

So if we are viewing shared content and want to exchange with the current speaker, then their image should appear proximate to the camera so that it looks like we are paying attention to them.

My idea is to enable us to position the active speaker to a given position on the screen so that we can focus our eyes on that person if we have questions or need to engage.
