If partner granted full admin in partner

If partner granted full admin in partner hub, whether or not the partner is the first partner, want to grant full admin.

Current situation:
The access to the customer org comes automatically when a subscription is provisioned by the partner. if that partner creates the org then they are granted full admin access. And if they provision to an org that already exists, they are granted provisioning admin access.

If partner isn't the first partner and their managing relationship has them being Provisioning Admin, than they will need to reach out to each customer and request they promote them to full admin.
