It has been noticed that the search bar in chats does not work 100%. Various bots that are included in Webex use emojis to visualize function or requirements.

Like for example 🔴🟡🟢 these are set for a status by the bot.

If you search for these symbols in the chat history, then only yellow and green are found. The red dot is not found.

According to the Cisco developers this is not a malfunction but an error in the sqlite database.

Here it is the wish that this is integrated or otherwise realized by Cisco to be able to search everything fully.
