When the Agent gets the "Agent Logged out due to pending logout" Improvement Idea

We had a customer that experience this kind of issue to where when the Agent lost connection in the middle of the call but the caller was still on it. If this were to happen again, maybe adding something to like "The agent is having network issues and you are being rerouted to another agent" or something like that to let the customer know there was an issue instead of just letting it be silent and the customer has no idea what is going on. It would increase the customer service experience for everyone. This is not a very common thing for the Agents to get a "Agent Logged out due to pending logout" in the ASR report, but that would be a nice touch to let the caller know what is going on.
