Limitation of recording in trainings and meetings (forwarding)

Recordings of internal trainings and meetings can be protected by a password and by regulating the network area in such a way that only a part of the authorized persons can download the recordings. Unfortunately it is possible that these recordings can be shared. It would be desirable if there was a possibility to query whether the recording is still in the company network or whether it has been passed on to external parties without authorization. Here it would be advantageous, for example, if the recordings were protected via DRM. This would make it impossible to distribute internal recordings without circumventing this protection.
