Separate require account boxes in Webinar setup

Please separate the "require attendees to sign in before joining the webinar" and the "restrict webinar to invited attendees only" These two options should not be tied together. Nor should the second require you to have an account on the site. I received strong feedback on this, and agree with the customer that gave this feedback.
