Currently read receipts, if turned on, only display at the very bottom of a message thread and completely disappear when a new message is sent/posted. This makes it difficult to know what has been read/seen during periods of frequent message posts.

Receiving parties should send incremental read receipts so that sending parties know how far through the message thread the receiving party has read.
