Separate the Join Button label from the calendar options in the e-mail invite templates.

Currently the %iCalendarSection% in our e-mail templates includes both the "Green Join Button" as well as an assortment of other details.

Two examples follow...

WebEx Meetings - "Meeting Scheduled" template

%iCalendarSection% contains the join button as well as the meeting join details

Webinar - "Update for all panelists" template

%iCalendarSection% contains the join button as well as the "add to google O365" options

There are circumstances where a customer is wanting to remove add to calendar options due to not utilizing one or the other (O365/Google) and causing confusion for their users. Since the ics file is included in the invite they do not see this as absolutely necessary.

However, they cannot remove these options without also removing the join button.

These two variables, the %iCalendarSection% and the %MeetingJoinLabel% should be separate entities in all of the e-mail templates.
