Enhance the sharing capability on Codec Pro with external video systems

We're have encountered issue while sharing content in Codec Pro with external video systems.

When we directly connect a Windows PC or a Mac laptop to HDMI Input via a USB-C to HDMI adapter, it works perfectly.

However, when we route the content through a Kramer video matrix with this setup: Mac --- USB-C --- Scaler --- HDMI extender -- Video Matrix --- (output HDMI 1080p @60Hz) --- Codec Pro HDMI Input, we encounter difficulties. Specifically, when we use a recent Mac Pro M2 with Apple M2 chipset and MacOS Ventura 13.5.1, the presentation doesn't display.

We solved the issue by configuring an HDCP parameter on the Kramer device (video matrix). Additionally, we want to note that the problem only occurs when using a simple HDMI extender between the Macbook and the Codec Pro HDMI input.

The only way to successfully share content with this specific MacBook generation is by connecting it directly to the Codec.

Our suggested idea is to further enhance the Codec Pro's content sharing capabilities, especially when integrated with external video systems. This could involve improved compatibility with various input sources and potentially addressing the limitations observed with HDMI extenders, providing a more seamless and versatile content sharing experience for users.
