Currently the /roles API doesn't return the following roles.

• Compliance Officer

• Advanced troubleshooting access

• Webex Calling Detailed Call History API access

This request is to add support for these additional roles to the /roles API, in order to get the roleId, as well as adding support in the /people API in order to be able to add/remove these roles to/from users.
