Improve the in meeting app experience for android users on Webex Webinars

Currently the process to switch from the video to the polling question in android requires users to hit ... then advanced, then the poll.

This is both buried, and un-user friendly for any user that requires heavy use of apps for things like compliance.

    in addition the chat feature doesn't work when the host has turned off chat with everyone in favor of chat with host.
