Add ability to have in-line images for messaging

At present, all attached images are grouped at the top of the message followed by the text. This makes it very difficult when providing someone with a step-by-step instruction set with images.

The request is to have these images be showing in-line so that its easier to follow and avoids having to create threads with multiple messages (which has another issue of sharing).
