Force an WxCC agent to go directly to available once they login?

I have a customer who really needs/wants this?

now the default is "Away" after login
would be ideal if we can set this on or off per agent/team if the customer has such a wish

    That would be great to make configurable if there is a need to put agents automatically in "Available". Thank you!
