We have at least one case (SR 696173942) where the Customer needs to have the option of:
1) Enforcing the WebEx Scheduler of their choosing to be the same for all users in the Organization
2) Deny the user the ability to go into the WebEx app locally and change the WebEx Scheduler being used
3) For those users who had changed it prior to Site-wide enforcement, the WebEx app must have the ability to read the Control Hub setting and revert those users to the option enforced in Control Hub
