Increase the number of agents assigned to a supervisor.

The current agent limit per supervisor is 100, this should be increased to 1000.

    Can you please elaborate on the use case ?


    The feature for silent monitoring is not intended for monitoring any user in the company.

    It is intended for a supervisor of a call queue to monitor agents of a call queue when required.

    How does someone in HR silent monitor anyone in the company with a limit of 100 agents.
