Hello Team,

When we were at On-Prem (CUCM solution), we used to have our own way of managing directory service (Neither TMS nor CUCM UDS)

A python script was pushed to every endpoint which created a Directory folder in the "favorites" tab of contacts in endpoint (Please find images for reference)

Now, we have migrated to Cloud & directory is managed directly via Cisco & its O365 integration.

Our ASK:

1) How to delete the Accenture directory folder which was created by us internally using any bulk command (Rather than one by one) ?

Action Taken: 1) I ran ctx debug to identify the folderID (e.g folderID name was “localGroupid-1)

2) Then deleted it by this command -> xcommand Phonebook folder delete folder ID:

Challenge :

1) But we found all the endpoints has different folderID

2) How to delete in bulk? Is it possible via CE-Deploy or other ways?
