Alarms on Webex hybrid issues on Users/Workspaces Hybrid Calendar (Office 365)

The customer would like to get specific alarms for hybrid issues on individual users/workspaces.

For Example: to get e notification email if an individual workspace hybrid calendar email integration fails (for example the one related to board ABCD that uses email Example@Example.com).
