User Community Feedback

I'm a former MS Teams user at my last organization and on almost all meetings I was on, anyone could mute anyone. We only did that if another user had a hot mic and background noise was coming through that was distracting. I've been on 3 meetings now with Webex where people aren't muting themselves and they aren't paying attention to the chat when asking them to mute themselves. This feature is available in Teams and I'm confused as to why it's not available in Webex. Whenever we had a big department meeting, our VP would make it a meeting to where we couldn't unmute ourselves until she clicked an option. On all other meetings, anyone could mute anyone. We're all adults and as far as I know, nobody really abused that functionality.
