Ability to set PMR mute-on-join preferences via API

Users have the ability to set their PMR to be mute-on-join via their Webex site preferences. It looks like we have the ability to view/modify all of the settings for a user's PMR except this one missing setting.


I'm guessing this option was a recent addition to the user available settings and the API just needs to be updated to match GUI/API parity.
