I think what we need is a "War Room" space in conjunction to "Team Room". The War Room's purpose is to consolidate many spaces that concern many issues for one customer. The War Room is a collection of spaces that are virtual spaces from cases from CSOne for a litany of issues this customer is having with FirePOWER. We are pre-CAP and are consolidating all the SR cases under one Team Space so that a person can bee added and see all any of the spaces related to FirePOWER issues in one place.

Technically Moderation is a few people having to add many unknown players that need to be added over time Other engineers, PMs, BU personnel, after hours people, etc. That is why there as (40+) in this SR space. These people are added at various times and for various reasons as the issues has become more complex. Like I mentioned to you before, I have 4-5 more spaces to add. There truly would been have another 5-6 cases beyond that if I had to added the cases while they were open and I had a "War Room" Team Room earlier in this process.

An even better idea. It could ask "This person is a moderator in the space. In order to add this space to the team, you have to make people xx, xx, xx a moderator. Do you want to make them a moderator?"
