Auto Generated TAC cases from the control Hub

When we have a TAC case regarding a device (i.e. device is in error or some sort of issue), we now have to go to the website: XXXX

When on the website we have to fill in all required info:

  • Organization

  • Name of contact

  • Address

  • Device S/N

All this information is already available in control hub. So why not creating the possibility to create a TAC case directly from control hub on the device page of the effected device?

All information is there already and we just have to click/confirm/correct the info in the TAC case created.

Is this something you guys see as a feasible option in the future?
