Cisco Codec Pro (and others) - Add Option to Customize Speaker Name on the "Call from Laptop" page (default CS-CODEC-PRO)

When using certain HDMI extender devices to extend user HDMI connection to Codec Pro, they would overwrite the default Cisco HDMI name, thus the user will not see "CS-CODEC-PRO". Some of those extenders do not provide the option to rename their name either.
