All enable or disable of Cisco PSTN Calling plan for Workspaces via Webex Calling API

Currently there is no method to enabled or disable the Cisco Calling Plan for a Workspace in bulk. Having the ability to do this using API would be very helpful.

    Please enable this so that adding a user from AD is not a manual process.
