If you have a Webex account,
You can add from "Add people by name or email address".
You won't be able to use Create a custom contact

If you don't have a Webex account,
Can be added from "Create a custom contact"
But you can't use Add people by name or email

This has an impact on customers. Can we use these two methods to add contacts regardless of whether we have a webex account or not?
