Limit Bookable Room Systems

Customer wants the ability to select which room systems are bookable and which are not bookable via default choice settings in Control Hub. Currently there is no restriction and users can book any room in Webex Scheduler, even dedicated executive rooms which should not be allowed to be booked by general users.
