Full MCU like, host controlled video layout for all participants

Like the MCU's have/had a host can layout the video boxes the way the host deems fit and all participants will see that view.

a must have. We replaced our MCUs with webex meetings.

I get asked for this feature for all of our All Hands events and this would benefit us greatly!!!

Having this feature will benefit my end users/ participants. Many do not know how to change the appearance of the meeting window. By having preset options when scheduling a meeting this would help.
