The more agile and customizable the system is, the more users like it.

Agree with all of the comments below. A customer needs to be able to manage their system to meet their individual needs. This would be an excellent improvement that would greatly benefit our organization.

Customers who purchase your product need to operate their business using their requirements. Cisco needs to permit clients to manage their systems as they need to, to run their business. This change also allows Cisco to market their product to 13 other large organizations in Canada who have the same need.
