We are adding ability to start a one-time link meeting in Feb 2024. So, in the app, you will see both options going forward, to start a webex meeting and to start a PMR. Is the ask to remove any ability to start a meeting or only remove ability to start PMR?

If customer does not want start to show up at all, please let us know why.

If customer only wants to disable start PMR, there are 2 options. You can turn off PMR for the customer from control hub. If the customer wants to keep PMR, but only disable the start PMR, then we are introducing control hub toggle to disable starting a PMR meeting (without having to disable PMR itself) in Feb 2024.
