Hello,

The simplistic style of quoted messages in Webex causes them to often be hard to read or distinguish from a user's text. Here's an example:

It's not without an effort that you can understand which part of the message is being quoted vs. which part the user is writing. The colors are the same and the margins are minimal - it looks like the same paragraph. The only distinction is a grey bar on the left side.

If you compare it to another messaging app, you can within a second understand the different parts of the message:

My suggestion is to enhance the UX to ease the process of understanding the different parts of quoted messages:

• The author

• The text the author wrote (and images)

• The text the user quoting is writing

• The ability to dismiss a link preview
