In a Cisco CVI connected Micrsoft Teams meeting Webex registered endpoints that join the meeting will only display an experience dissimilar to what you should normally expect from the system. Most notable from dual display systems joining the meeting you will only see a maximum of x8 video streams (x1 prominent view on the left-hand display and a 3x3 grid with only x7 streams active and x2 blacked out on the right-hand display) and you are not able to change the layout as the layout option is removed from the touch panel.

This causes an inconsistent experience as a single display system will receive a 3x3 with all video streams active or a dual display system will receive 3x3 with all video streams active if content is shared and in both cases layout controls will be available.

Please enable all video streams to be available on the system regardless of the display configuration of the system and at the least allow for layout controls to be present for the end user.
