Restrict setting up Single Number Reach to administrators

Hi, can we please have feature in Control Hub wherein only administrators can set Single Number Reach feature to users.

Such will be useful when you want to restrict users from using Single Number Reach feature.

We would greatly appreciate if you can add this feature. Thanks!
