AUTO WRAP-UP in WebEx app!

Customizable timer for auto wrap-up feature already included in the WebEx app (it's there, but it keeps the user "Available" for calls, which makes NO sense, and there is no set time for the "Wrap Up").

Ideally, when an agent selects "Wrap-up", they are made "Unavailable", and after a pre-set amount of time (editable by queue), they are automatically made "Available" again.

We have a call center that requires agents to frequently take 2-3 minutes to document their calls; the only option they have now is to manually select "Unavailable", but to save time, the quickest option for them is to simply uncheck/log out of their queue (this is, of course, VERY problematic and frustrating to the agent/users).
