[Webex CC]Hoteling feature enabled Phone Support

1) A user (with a Professional license) logs in to a phone (with a Workspace license) that has the hoteling feature enabled. (on Webex Calling)

2) Agent logs in to Webex CC Desktop (Mail Address / Password / extension number of the phone in 1)) (on Webex CC)
