User Community Feedback

We would like to request the addition of two essential features to the Webex Desktop App, which would greatly enhance user experience and productivity. These features are the ability to "Delete Recording" and "Share Recording" directly from the Webex Desktop App.
Delete Recording:

Currently, the Webex Desktop App lacks a built-in option to delete recorded meetings or webinars. This can lead to storage clutter and privacy concerns, especially if recordings contain sensitive information. We propose the addition of a "Delete Recording" function that allows users to easily remove unwanted recordings, freeing up storage space and maintaining data privacy.
Share Recording:

Sharing recorded meetings or webinars is a common use case for many Webex users. Currently, users must navigate to the Webex web portal to access and share their recordings, which can be cumbersome. We suggest incorporating a "Share Recording" feature directly into the Desktop App. This would enable users to seamlessly share recordings with colleagues and external stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and information sharing.
