Error message to state that the user's email in use during directory synchronization

When a customer performs a Azure directory synchronization it gives a generic error message " bad request" when a user already has a free account (self-signed account) with the same email address.
This generic error message creates confusion for the customer's.

If we publish a message stating that the user's email address already exists as a free account in the Webex DB then the customer's can atleast guide the user's to delete their free accounts.

    We are facing this issue and would like to have clear error message for us to resolve the issue. Otherwise every time we have to log a support ticket to find this simple information.
