Please fix the feature that asks me every

Please fix the feature that asks me every time if I want to directly email panelists!

I have toggled the option to directly send emails to panelists OFF, yet it still asks me every single time I add an email. Even when I mark the "Don't ask again" in THAT pop-up, it still asks every time. Fix this!
