Webex Webinars/Meetings: Higher resolution request

The current max resolution limit in a Webex Webinar and Meetings when content is being shared by a remote participant is 360p.

This is lower resolution than what is being sent from devices, which in turn produces low quality experience with video. There should be additional options for the client to request higher resolution.
