Ability to Remind invitees people during an ongoing converged meeting

In Traditional WebEx meetings architecture, if host wants to send reminder email for not yet joined invitees people during ongoing meeting, they can click the ‘invite&remind‘ panel> remind part to select not yet joined the meeting invitees send a reminder email.


In the current converged meeting, there is only have 'Invite People' feature without the 'Remind' feature and it can only manually invite people one by one, so the customer hopes to add this feature.

    We have a scheduler that creates our meetings, so this was a very useful feature for the end users. I'm a bit blown away that I was told the workaround was to log into webex to retrieve and copy the email addresses, then use the Invite feature to paste the emails and remind people.

    The main issue at the customers end is to have the emails of the invited attendees auto-filled in a check list as per the old platform specially that the attendees emails are not always available at hand to remind them to join the meeting.
