Microsoft Teams CVI - Ability to view and manage Microsoft Teams lobby participants

For a legacy Cisco video room connected via Webex to Microsoft Teams using CVI, please add the ability to be alerted when someone is waiting in the lobby, and when possible, admit or deny admittance to the Teams meeting for those in the lobby.

Recognize that Microsoft may not yet have an API to actually admit people from the lobby in CVI. Please work with Microsoft on the same.
