Allow timer setting for persistent PIN connection from Webex app to Desk Series devices

When deploying a Cisco Desk Mini to an open area we avoid people around the device from auto-connecting the device to their Webex app by lowering the Desk Series device's 'Audio UltraSound Volume' to 0. Through the app's "Nearby Devices", you can still connect by confirming the PIN shown on the device allows for a connection. However, that connection times out within 5 minutes. We would like a timer setting added to Control Hub so that we can allow a Desk Series device to maintain a persistent connection throughout the day to a Webex app.
