Download files before a webinar with mobile device

Now if the host or cohost has uploaded files before a Webex webinar,we can download them from the webinar information page to prepare for the webinar or complete work in advance.but it was only supported pc mac browser .and and not supported normal mobile device build-in browser mode

    Now we only support the UA by PC model and we should do sth. to let customers have the better, simpler way to download it
