VIMT: PowerPoint Live Support and/or Banner Message

If a Teams meeting, if a participant shares PowerPoint Live content, the VIMT connected endpoints do not see that content. This is a limitation of MSFT CVI code but a simple banner message will help people in those rooms know its not broken but a feature gap. Something simple like "PowerPoint Live content has started, use the Teams desktop or mobile client to participant in that content"
