A (broadsoft customer) calls B (party wants to withheld their CLI).

A initiates blind transfer of B to C (mobile)

It is possible to to break expose party B's CLI to party C. It does not meet the Ofcom requirement and therefore potentially lead to fines.

Request Cisco to review the regulation and explore ways on Braodworks to only sends on the dialled number of the called party as the CLI if it is authorised for release and send on anonymnous if it is not authorised for release.

Or

For blind transfers of calls that originated from the Broadworks platform then send the CLI of the Broadsoft customer (transferer) not the party called party transferee.
