fix the entire breakout room setup

OMG. your breakout room setup is a DISASTER. You can't assign attendees during a webinar?!? a panelist has to manually unmute each participant in the group? Literally a mess. We just had an event and a bunch of people couldn't figure it out. Why do you make things so terrible?
