DiffServ priority for VoIP on Desktop Communicator Application

Provide QoS priorisation on LAN & WAN for voice. Currently, the voice packets from the Communicator desktop application receive the same priority as any other Windows or Mac application. Voice is not prioritized, which can result in unacceptable voice quality.

This is in contradiction to all Cisco's recommended practice and architecture for Voice over IP.
