Put the meeting controls back in the meeting window when sharing a screen

On the previous version, we were able to host a meeting and share our screen and the controls would be be on top of the meeting window in the shared screen. We can message others, or control content easily.


On the current version, the meeting controls are now in another window. We have to toggle through any open windows we have to find the controls. This makes it much less intuitive than before and almost impossible to use if you have a single monitor.

    in Feb 2024, we are going to release a new feature where all meeting controls will be accessible through the floating video window when presenting,

    and the floating video window can be minimized onto the share control bar, when it's minimized, all meeting controls will be accessible from the share control bar.
